I try to keep mine true, but if I gain a pound back...I wait for it to disappear again!!

Mine used to be but since I started WW, I've kept it true. A whole whopping 2 1/2 weeks

But, if I weigh in during the week, not that I am admiting I do still weigh in every day or more, but if I did, I would not change the ticker until my official weigh-in day (Saturday).

I don't change my ticker until the official weigh in day either. Last time I got on I weighed 3 lbs more but that was at the beginning of TOM. I went from being a scale ho to a scale avoider.....I'm not sure which is worse. My next weigh in day will be Tuesday, after a week of P1 to get rid of my bad camping eating. I'll change it then no matter what it says.

I've gained 1 lb back (not bad considering end-of-quarter eating!), but I haven't gotten around to changing it. I just weighed myself a few days ago, and I've been so busy I just keep forgetting. Thanks for the reminder!!

I couldn't face the lie, but couldn't face the truth either, so my ticker has been removed for the time being. I know Denial isn't a good place to stay, but just for another week!

It took me a long time to move it down 1-lb. I believe is the grain carbs that are doing me in. Eating less & less of them every week.

Mine was at 212 for a LONG time...and most of the summer that was a lie. At times I was back to 220 & then some. I refused to move it back, much less add to the darn thing! It took awhile, but it is now true & moving downwards!!
