Well not 100% groovy but about 80% groovy. The sinuses have cleared!!!! I am still a bit tired but not sick and weak.
Yesterday was a nice day all around.

1.My renewal statement for the day. I can do this.
2. Weekly weight. 229
3. Exercise-type, how long, what level. housework, sweated lots but also had a low grade fever, LOL.
4. % fat, carbs, protein.
5. # meals and snacks. 3 meals, 2 snacks
6.# fruits, # of veg. 1 fruit, a few veg??
7. How many glasses of water. lots
8. Time of last food intake, time I went to bed. 9pm& 11pm
9. Why and when I ate due to stress or emotions. I munched on some snacky stuff cause I was feelin crappy. I did make homemade whole wheat baked tortillas and bean dip so it wasn’t crazy.
10.General feelings about food, exercise, life. gettin there!
11. Any really good events or feelings today. YES~church was really uite nice. 2 new families in SS.My kids were extremely well behaved.Got to wear flannels all day. I cleaned, I vacuumed, Hubby helped, kids helped. I took a glorious nap in the aft. DS had the best possible birthday. It was sooo nice for him!

13. How can I improve for tomorrow. dont eat mini choc bars!!! Eat more veg!!!!!
