Absolutely, Aileen! I think a lot of us have tried other plans just to be sure this is the right one for us. I'd love to be able to do WW, but when I eat sugar, I just can't stay within my points, so it never worked for me.
I hope you'll find this time around easier and more energizing. One thing you really need to examine is why it didn't go well the first time. What can you do to be more successful this time? What can you change? What do you need help with?
