Default Hello...head hung low....

I've been MIA for a week and have tapped danced off the towel..........So I changed my ticker. Interesting to think over the past two weeks and the spiral out of control experience I've been through.....nothing major, you all deal with this all the time and do very well. TOM, stress at work, stress at the university, things falling apart at home....I hate a messy house! Anyway, after feeling physically and emotionally miserable, I've found my beach towel and decided it was going to have to be bigger...not the tea towel size but the big mamma size so I can be comfortable. Got rid of the junk in the house.....by either throwing it away or inhaling it

Anyhoo, I'm not depressed.....anymore.....and I'm not mad at myself. I'm ready to go!

Beachgal, hope you find the flooring you want. It's scary to get something you KNOW you have to like. You ought to be dancing along with the dancers tonight!

Marianna, tae bo, wow! I'm having a vision of you being a stud muffin! I'm going to check some different dvd's out, I'm needing a boost.

Mamacita, kitty capers are something I can relate to. My two felines think I need to have birds brought to me....ewwww. I'm having a vision of you throwing your scrub top on top of Alvin for the rescue......

GrannySmith, I love getting new electronic equipment, it just seems to get better and better.

prc, sounds like you are doing good one the beach. You have a right to be scared about halloween candy.......it's evil.

djett, congrats on the smaller size! (my smaller size jeans are uncomfortably tight right now, but I'm forcing myself to keep them on AND zipped up!)

butterfly, have fun at the zoo. YOu are smart to take your safe food along!

Hollyhock, interesting to read your journal, you are a nurturing person.

kyemom, wow, I read your post and I need a nap! You are so busy. Sounds like you are keeping it together though. When I get busy is when I start falling off the wagon.

Phinsup, YOU LOSER! Way to go! Enjoy homecoming this weekend!

BeachBum, YOU LOSER TOO! You guys are my heros! So you have one grain carb? Do you have any fruit carbs? Once I get done with phase one I always lose it by eating too much fruit. I don't have any willpower yet.

pearshape, I'm a scale avoider this week too! Eek, need to be more accountable to the thing. I'm with you on drinking extra water today.

Schatzi! Wow, good to read you again. Glad you are back from the ill and nearly dead! You perk me up! Have a great weekend.

Barb, I'm thinking you ought to sell your house and just move into a camping wilderness.......you are amazing!

Well, I need to get some sheets into the dryer and act like I'm really going to attack the house, homework, running and maybe even take a nap this afternoon. Everyone have a great day!

Rn MOM

Have my fruit & grain carbs with my main meal, along with my milk prods during the other two meals. Thats what working for me,after months & months of experimenting how to place these carbs back into my menu.I finally found the chemical balance.

Hi Ladies! I am new to the group, so I guess I will just jump right in!

I joined a gym this morning. And I had a good workout! Then DH and I walked Natalie over to the pumpkin patch and took pix in her costume -- SO cute! Then we walked around so I have for sure gotten good activity today!

I will try to read and get caught up with all of you soon, promise! Baby is crying!

Hi there! Just back from a fabulous break and can barely remember my computer skills. It was a great and relaxing holiday with super food, worth every transgression!
I am off to pick up my darlings at the kennel and then need to do the Church Bulletin so it will be a while before I catch up.
to the regulars and to the NewChicks!
