Question Need to know...

that I am on the right track today. I have restarted phase 1 since I have not been losing. I have been at 198 for the last 4 weeks or so. I did have some issues with not eating enough and not being consistant last month but I have corrected those and I have been doing exercise and following hte advice in the FAQ section about hitting plateaus. Nothing is happening... I know that this is just day4 back on phase 1 but I had hoped I would see a smidge of a change on the scale.

My typical day is eggs and turkey bacon for breakfast (or a turkey and cheese roll up) with water and a cup of coffee. Snack is LF string cheese or peanut butter and celery. More water. Lunch is salad with loads of baby spinich and assorted veggies. Usually I will have leftover chicken on the salad or some turkey deli meat. Afternoon snack is SF jello or cheese. Dinner is more lean protein and veggies. Dessert is either SF jello with FF whipped cream or on Phase 2 it was a black bean brownie on occasion. When I was doing phase 2 the additions/changes I made were the occasional bowl of Uncle Sam cereal or piece of ww bread. Or a snack of a ww Wasa cracker with hummus on it.

I am trying to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise a day in addition to my regular child chasing and playing activities. I drink a lot of water -- 60 to 80 oz a day at least. I do not have other forms of caffine other than one cup of coffee in the morning. the only other additions to my daily routine are my blood pressure med, claratin, and wellbutrin.

A while back I thought I may have hypothyroid problems but when I had it tested the doc said my levels were fine and within range of normal.

Am I just being impatient? Is there something else I need to be doing? Am I doing something wrong? I have been feeling so good and remaining positive but I just wanna see some results from what I am doing.

Any advice you all have would be awesome!!! TIA!!

Sweet Tea... looks like you are on the right track darlin'...some things to think about: What and how much dressing on your salads are you using? Are you maybe eating tooo many calories-albeit, the menu looks healthful..but calories do count.. you might want to try taking a typical or your next day and run the cals thru fitday to see .. I know that if I am not mindful of the amount of dressing, or the Number of ounces of meat or cheese I consume..the calories add up quick.. (and That was and is a battle of mine: Portion Distortion) I ran my normal very healthy (ok..most times thru fit day and I was gallopping towards 1800 cals..which will begin to add up to that 3500 cal pound gain.i

Thank you Schatzi -- I have been running stuff through fitday ever since I figured out I wasn't eating enough at times last month. I like to stay in a range of 1200 to 1400 a day. Yesterday I ate the above stuff and I was around 1159. I will go back and look at my stuff on fitday from last month...

When you do Fitday, what are the carb/protein/fat percentages? You may have to keep the calories the same and diddle around with that.

Thanks ya'll -- I have not had an opportunity to go on fitday to check my carb/fat/protein percentages yet but I will do that later this evening. I'm really hoping that I can break through this plateau soon.
