Pear, unfortunately the preserves are made with fruit, so you can't have them in P1.

You *can* have SF syrups with fruit flavorings though, and that might work!

Maybe you could thicken some fruit-flavored SF syrup with some arrowroot in a pan over heat? That might be good!
I've heard that SF jello with cottage cheese is delicious. I also love cottage cheese with splenda, cinnamon, and ground flax seed in P1. It's really yummy and reminds me of tapioca pudding. But maybe that's because I put cinnamon on my SF tapioca pudding (in P2)?
