Please, can I play too? I am new to this website and love it. I also love exercise challenages! So here goes

Goal: 1200 minutes
Time so far: 1336 minutes
Sept 1 - Rest Day
Sept 2 - 90 minutes golfing - no cart - carrying clubs
Sept 3 - 240 minutes golfing - cart - only count as 60
Sept 4 - 240 minutes golfing - cart - only count as 60
Sept 5 - 45 minutes biking
Sept 6 - 24 minutes treadmill, 24 minutes bike, 20 minutes weights
Sept 7 - 240 minutes golfing - no power cart - push cart - 120 count
Sept 8 - 120 minutes golfing - no power cart - push cart - 90 count
Sept 9 - 45 minutes trail biking - 30 minutes weight training
Sept 10 - 45 minutes trail biking
Sept 11 - Day Off
Sept 12 - 25 minutes treadmill, 25 minutes bike, 20 minutes weights
Sept 13 - 60 bike/weights/treadmill
Sept 14 - Sick
Sept 15 - Sick
Sept 16 - Sick - had a procedure - could not work out
Sept 17 - Sick
Sept 18 - Sick
Sept 19 - 20 minute bike, 300 minutes golfing - count as 120 (some cart)
Sept 20 - 20 treadmill, 20 bike, 20 weights
Sept 21 - 30 treadmill, 15 weights
Sept 22 - 90 minutes golf, 180 golf on cart - 120 total
Sept 23 - 24 minutes bike
Sept 24 - 120 minutes of floor scrubbing, vac, laundry -etc-45 min of step (count that as exercise)- Goal Reached!!!!
Sept 25 - rest
Sept 26 - 24 min bike
Sept 27 - 24 mins bike, 26 min treadmill
Sept 28 - 2 hours of golfing
Sept 29 - 50 min weights
Sept 30 - 24 min bike

I'm trying to get in the habit of riding my bike to school -- an hour each way. I'll be working up to it.

Ever since i went to the gym and got weighed at 292, im feeling more and more bad and icky about myself. im really determined to lose this gut. I hope i can make my goal. but thats possible...especially since i found out im going to go to vegas for my birthday in jan....

Sept 1 - 30 min at Curves
Sept 2 - 30 Min at Curves (man, waking up early sucks)
Sept 3 - 15 min-walking with the sister, time for chit chat
Sept 4 - vacaaaation. no working out....
Sept 5 - vacaaaation. and moving. so kinda working out. i didnt count it
Sept 6 - 30 min at Curves.
Sept 7 - Lunch hour? nah, I spent 30 minutes speedwalking with a skinny coworker. Who said real women shimmer? what a load of phoey. :devil:
