Ok September is going to be a challenging month for me both with weight loss and exercise.
Beach vacation 21 September thru' 4 October. :dance: Our hotel does have outdoor and indoor pools and a gym and some great local walking, so I will try to do something most days. BUT it will be hard not to just lay by the pool sipping margaritas. :beach: College Induction 20 September - classes start 5 October. :fr: My goal is to do 30 minutes of any kind of excercise (be it walk or swim or weights) every day.
