I am a 58 year old mom of 4; grandmother of 10 from Niagara Falls, NY.
Like so many others I have been yo-yoing for years.
I was on WW about 17 years ago and even made my goal but never followed through on maintenance. For one reason or another have gained all that back plus about 30 pounds.
About 2 years ago I tried WW again on their new flex plan then I changed to the core plan. Lost maybe 10 lbs and then gave up (got tired of counting; weighing and writing down every last morsel that went into my mouth)
Saw an ad for South Beach and thought I would try it. Glad I did.
Already have lost 11 lbs and quite a few inches and its only been about 9 weeks. It has been the best decision that I have ever made to join
