Thanks everyone. I never realized how much difference a really tight size 16 and a size 12 is. And I was so happy when I lost 1 of my chins!
Sometimes I still think I'm too fat, and get really discouraged about how the last 10-20 pounds aren't budging and want to eat something evil for me. When I see the difference it helps me to stay on the course. And it makes me want to go for a run instead of a bowl of ice cream. Now if I could just get the nuts under control....

Isn't it interesting how the closer you get to goal, the more you want to sabotage yourself? It's a frustrating thing I'm only starting to realize this month! I wonder what the maintainers would have to say about that...
