Great job weezle! I wish I had that kinda strength!
When I first quit smoking (made it to my 3 year anniversary) I didn't go to bars, period. Then when I did (after 3 months or so), I realized I would over drink to compensate for the not smoking.
Now when I go out and "need" *hmpth* that drink, I will drink a diet coke and Jack daniels. I try my hardest to stay away from beer like I do chips and other trigger foods.
While I understand that a minor slip is better than a major slip, but on Phase 1, it's just not allowed.
