Jenn, you gorgeous, SKINNY, engaged girl, Congrats!!!! I'm thrilled for you and HB. She definitely done good...what a unique way to propose! And she totally snuck up on you, which sounds hard to do. The ring is beautiful, hon. I just might join you in becoming a Canadian citizen. I'm eligible for dual citizenship and I just might do it, so I can at least be a citizen of a country that gets that marriage is about two people who love each other. I have more and more respect for Canada lately...of course the fact that Ruth and Ellis live there has more than a lot to do with it!

Loved the pics, especially the ones of you two at the Falls...you are getting so skinny, girl! I see only one chin there...and it's pointy!

Laurie -- I've had one chin for a bit. Thanks for the compliments although I still seem to keep floating at 197-194. Ugh. I need to decide on a plan and stick to it, fast!

I work well under pressure. Maybe if I wait until 5 months before the wedding I can get my @ss in gear

Hey, it worked for me...

Actually, I didn't do well at using the wedding as an impetus to lose, but near the end, I was so busy with wedding prep that I didn't have time to eat (horror of horrors... ) I actually lost almost 30 pounds in the 3 months before my wedding without even trying. Who knew? Hope it's the same for you...and that you feel as gorgeous as you are looking! The one chin thing is so amazing...I'm still shocked when I look in the mirror and see it!

thanks Laurie. A girl can never get too many compliments. I only have another 30 or so more...but my dress won't fit if I get it too soon. Plus, we've got a wedding planner so I doubt I will be as crazed sitting 1,000+ miles from where I am having the wedding!

I just need to get to the gym. but it's so far away and well, I am still in the honeymoon phase with HB.

I have to figure something out, and SOON!
