Ramcade, I agree with the many others who have said you need more veggies, to move into Phase 2, and to eat only one serving of nuts a day. You are getting a huge amount of protein a day...way too much. Be careful, okay? I'll see if I can find the protein calculation my nutritionist gave me. It's amazing how little protein our bodies need, even when we are exercising! Not that protein isn't important...it's HUGE, but we can easily over do it when we aren't eating fruits and grains.

Hop onto P2, get 4.5 cups of veggies in your diet, and eat only one serving of nuts a day. Then let us know how it's going...I have a feeling your pounds will start falling off!

Thanks, very very much to you all! I have added alot more veggies through out the day and my energy has soared, not sure what the loss is, I have not weighed and I am approaching TOM,,, will let you know though...
Oh what a difference veggies will make ........
