Default made it thru week 1
I started SB last Friday so this morning I got back on the scale and have lost 3.6 pounds and that's with TOM. I had already lost 34 pounds before I started the diet so I am very happy with my results!!

I am having no trouble at all staying on the diet. It is actually very easy and I am looking forward to week 2.
