Please Help
I also posted this in the SBD questions area but I thought it might get viewed more here.
I’m trying to read through all of the posts, so I apologize if someone has already asked these questions.
One, are the Morning Star Farms “Garden Veggie” or the “Spicy Black Bean” burgers allowed? I questioned whether or not the Spicy Black Bean burgers were since they have a few corn kernels mixed in. I’ve been enjoying the Garden Veggie ones for breakfast but have held off on the other ones until phase 2.
Secondly, I’ve been consuming the no sugar added No Pudge Fudgy Bars; however, I see there has been some debate on whether no sugar added and sugar free are the same thing. I know the No Pudge bars have 3 grams of sugar and 17 grams of sugar alcohol. If this is unacceptable, can you guys some suggest some different brands of fudgesicles to look for.
Thirdly, do the new Jello brand Sugar Free pudding cups (individual size ones) fit into the phase 2 category? I know that they are not fat free but completely sugar free. I didn’t know if this was comparable to the box mix that is in phase 2
Lastly, do Polydextrose and Maltridextrose fall into the no, no category? I’ve seen these two ingredients listed on some things and figured it fell under the Dextrose category. I just wanted to verify.
I appreciate your help in answering all of these questions. I apologize for there being so many. I also wanted to say what a great forum this is. Everyone seems polite, knowledgeable and very helpful.
