What is it about rainy days that makes even children who prefer to be indoors so restless? I swear, I was about to strangle something or someone. Finally got the 2 year old down for a nap, and the other to watch a movie by herself. A moment of piece! And time for me to try that chicken recipe with caeser dressing and BBQ sauce, I can't remember who posted it or what it's called....hope everyone's day is going well!

Hi Ladies!

What terrible news to wake up to this morning! I'll definitely be keeping our friends in London in my prayers.

I've been swamped with work this week. I've got 2 weddings this weekend . It's gonna be a killer weekend I'm sure. I can guarantee I won't be OP the whole weekend. One of the couples insisted on me coming to their rehearsal dinner on Friday where we can't really pick and choose what we eat. Same with both receptions...but the good news is that they are both excellent venues for their food. Both weddings we are being treated as guests instead of vendors which always is a nice, but not required, thing to do. That just means we don't get some kind of crappy vendor meal. We actually get the good but not OP stuff!

I've got to go out tonight and buy a new digital camera. I just bought one but I believe it was stolen. I can't find it anywhere and it's not in the place that I remember leaving it. I have to have a digital for the weddings because we like to take pics for our referral book to show other couples. This weekends weddings are perfect for the book because the one is a big wedding with lotsa $$$ being thrown around. It will be beautiful outside in Santa Barbara complete with lighting and lotsa flowers for the reception. I also need to finally take some pics of my beautiful new kitchen to show all of you. I'm just afraid I'm going to buy this new digital camera and my other one will show up. It always seems to happen that way .

I'm off to lunch in a few minutes.....I hope you all have a wonderful OP day!

Hey chicks!

I just read through all the posts I've missed since being MIA. I have my grocery list so I can go to the store tonight and stock up on SBD supplies. I've missed you guys! I've been so bad but I'm ready to come back to the beach. Not sure what happened but I just snapped and have been binging for a week now. Not binge and purge - just binge.

Ellis - Are you ok? You seem to be sleeping a lot?!? Now I'm worried about you. Perk up chick.

Kissy - What a beautiful weddings you have planned for the weekend. Did you see the shellfish gazebo that Kenny Chesney and Renee Zellweger had at theirs? Very simple - very cool.

Everyone else! HI

I had dinner with the first X husband who I haven't seen in 14 - 15 years. It was kind of weird but very cool. We showed pictures of our kids and talked about everyone we knew. It was very civil. He's gained weight - I've gained weight but he told me I was better looking now then when we were married. Smooth talker. He's still very handsome and still has a very wicked sense of humor. He agreed to help with the annullment so that is good. He said he had no hard feelings about the divorce.

My son turned 8 and my DF turned 65 on Tuesday and Wednesday this week. We celebrated on the 4th of July. DS leaves for California for vacation next Tuesday. I've never been away from him for a whole week. I'll be a wreck.

My assistant's move went well. For some reason God was looking out for her and the boyfriend had to work late. So she was packed and pretty much gone by the time he got home. I gave her my crib and changing table that were in my storage unit cause she had to leave hers behind. I'm going up to the unit with her so maybe I give her other stuff too. I pay $90.00 a month to store my crap. I might as well give her all I can and maybe downsize to a smaller unit.

That pretty much is my news. I haven't met any cuties lately but I'm starting at the gym next Tuesday with the Personal Trainer. Saw some cuties in there today. Keep your fingers crossed. See you chicks tomorrow with cottage cheese and V8 for breakfast.

Anchor - Yes, I saw the pics of Kenny & Renee's wedding. It was a very simple yet fun wedding.

Don't worry about not being OP. I've been going through the same thing since the 4th hit me. I try and try...but the darn pizza that's in the fridge keeps calling to me! It's finally gone which is the good news. Monday will be a transition back to P1. It seems like I do good for just about 2 weeks and then I eat something not OP (usually because I'm at a wedding). After that it's all downhill! Starting on Monday I should have a good almost 2 weeks that I should be able to stay OP. I WILL DO IT!

So, DS is coming to California? Where's he staying? We crazy Californians won't do anything too bad to him. Haven't you always wanted him to have a few piercings, tattoos, and maybe a green mohawk?

Kissy - Yeah - piercings, green hair - I just got done telling him that nerds marry the pretty girls and get good jobs. Some girl at camp called him a nerd. He is going to stay with is cousins in Santa Rancho Margarita. They are going to Disney and Tiger Woods golf camp. He's very excited and wants to try a fish taco. His cousins love them. He doesn't remember flying on a plane when he was little so he's a little apprehensive about that but his Grandma and the X will be with him.

Yes I'll be joining you at a phase I re-do. I feel all fat and bloated. Can't wait to get back on track. Haven't had a good nights sleep in a week.

Anchor - He's a good 2 hours or so south of where I am. I'm sure he'll have a lot of fun out here. Disneyland is like a second home for me although I haven't been since Christmas....hmmmm. I wish I had some free time to go! Poor DS to be a little apprehensive of flying. I had a very scary experience last October flying out of Vegas that has left me a little freaked out too. I figured I'm going to drive whenever I can to places. Hawaii I'll definitely get on a plane though!

P1.....this is gonna be our time!!! Let's take it one day at a time and get through it! I'm sick and tired of my shorts being a little snug! And I'm sick of hearing your excuses too.... Just kiddin' with ya....and trying to give you a swift kick in the rear to get you motivated!
