Default Just wondering
hello girls...I was wondering if this only happens to me

Do you sometimes have dreams where you are eating a mass load of cake and cookies and and like diving into vats of cheese cake?

i keep having dreams where i cheat..and then freak out that i cheated...and wake up releived.....its funny but food is in a lot of my dreams......*tear*

this happen to anyone else?? or am i the only obsessed one

sorry but I haven't dreamed about food yet.Not to say it won't happen. I don't think you are obsessed.Just missing some of your favorite foods

I had dreams of eating a lot of chocolate candy and woke up hungry for sweets. End up having a bowl of cereal. lol Thank goodness it doesn't happen that often. Mercy...

I havent had any of those dreams yet and hope not to get them!! I get through the day with little to no cravings, all I would need is to start having dreams that would give me wild cravings at night !!! Hope you start dreaming whole wheat and no sugar soon !!!

I've had dreams where I went off the program...and don't really remember what I ate, but felt so guilty. But when I wake up, it's such a relief!

I used to. My first time on phase 1 I dreamt I ate strawberried and freaked out when I woke up. This time around, I took a second look at the strawberries I put in my cereal the other morning and remembered the dream.
