Hi All, I've been using Fitday.com to log every morsel that crosses my lips (on it's way to my hips). I notice that I really don't consume many calories. Since starting SBD I average around 950 calories a day. What is the range for caloric intake for losing weight? I want to lose weight in a healthy way - but I fear that I am slowing my loss by not eating enough. Interestingly I'm not hungry at all.
