Default Quinoa?

Is this an accepted grain and does anyone have any great recipes to share?

It is a good grain for Phase II. Somewhere, I have a recipe for Quinoa Pilaff. I'll try to find it later.

Not only is quinoa (pronounced KEEN-wah) good on SBD, but it has tons of protein, too! You have to wash the soapy substance on the outside of the grains off, but otherwise, it'll really easy to work with and very delicious. YUM!
