    Hi everyone! I just joined the forum My name is Tara, I am 28 & I live in San Diego, CA. I started on SBD on 6/1 and I weiged in today. I have lost 6.5 pounds I look forward to meeting you all!

    Check out the stickies in the FAQ for great info, and especially the Phase 1 Emergency thread that AdiaFaith compiled. There are fabulous recipes in the recipe forum, and I hope you'll join us on the daily thread (just look for the one that has today's name in the title).
