Finished Phase I
Ok, well Sunday was the last day of Phase I for me. I had great results...down 10.2 lbs and 19 Inches! Woo Hoo
Starting Phase II today, kinda taking it easy for today. I've been eating yogurt everyday in Phase I, but found some that would be perfect for Phase II....it's Yoplait Apple Turnover, has chunks of apples in it, very very yummy. So I'll take that as my fruit for about a week, also found some whole grain bagels....I'll do just the apple chunks in my yogurt for now and start the whole grains next week
I love cereal, what is a good kind to add back in without a lot of added sugars? oh and I don't like oatmeal so that's out of the question
