I am new to this site. I have not totally figured out all the turns of posting here yet. I have been on th South Beach diet for 3 months and really in the past 10 days been faithful to it. Well, I am down 20 pounds and loving it! I wanted to challenge everyone to a new 6 week goal.
Abby's Challenge:
1. Exercise at 4 times per week(gym, walking, jogging,etc.).
2. Stay totally POP all 6 weeks.
3. Lose at least 12 pounds and 1 size.
4. Journal each day
5. 1 positive statement about yourself each day.
"Starts May 30th and ends the July 4th week.!! "
Do I have any Takers. Think the reward will be a new and improved you!


Count me in too! I love challenges!! 



.....but, 110 is what I'm 'supposed' to weigh for my height, so I'm shooting for 120!
