This thread is to track you exercise. I'll total up the results for April and post the Exercise Queen tomorrow so update your April results.

May 5 - 75 minutes (10 min warmup on treadmill @ 3.4mph; 30 minutes on legs/back/abs; 35 minutes on treadmill @ 3.4mph - 20 minutes at 4.0 incline)

May 7 - 110 minutes (10 min warmup on treadmill @ 3.4mph; 25 minutes on arms/chest/shoulders/abs; 45 min on treadmill @ 3.4 mph - 10 min @ 4.5 incline and 10 min @ 4.0 incline) - also 30 minutes washing car

Ummm, hi, I'm new to exercize!!!! I'm starting at Curves today, so I'm going to make 3 days a week, 30 minutes a day my goal. I don't exercize at all right now, so I think that's an okay goal.
SO, 360 minutes is my goal. It looks so puny compared to everyone elses

Okay, I'll try this again. Last time I didn't finish posting.

I'll go for 800 minutes this month.

Total for Month: 1365 minutes! Met my goal!!!

May 1 - 2 hours of weeding and mulching in the garden.
May 2 - 28 minutes of strength training, 1 hour of Jazzercize.
May 3 - None (I had class)
May 4 - 20 mins of elliptical, 1 hour of Balance Ball class.
May 5 - None (I had class)
May 6 - 3 hours of hard labor raking and breaking up topsoil, 1 hour installing sheetrock, 10 mins walking
May 7 - None
May 8 - None
May 9 - 1 hour of Jazzercise (DH set alarm for 7, so no morning exercise... )
May 10 - None (I had class)
May 11 - 18 mins of elliptical, 1 hour of Balance Ball class.
May 12 - Class cancelled, walked for 35 minutes
May 13 - 46 minutes of strength training
May 14 - 1 hour of running carnival game (constant bending over and pulling balls out of milk canisters.)
May 15 - 1 hour of gardening (digging, pulling weeds, planting)
May 16 - 28 minutes of strength training, 10 mins of elliptical, 1 hour of Jazzercise.
May 17 - None (I had class)
May 18 - 25 minutes of elliptical, 1 hour of balance ball class.
May 19 - None (I had class)
May 20 - 45 minutes of strength training
May 21 - None (homework...)
May 22 - None (homework...)
May 23 - Stayed up too late to get to gym in a.m. , 1 hour of Jazzercise

May goals- I think I'll go back to 1000 minutes. My plan and if it stops being a plan and being a reality I'll be really content is run 3 days a week, weight train 2-3 X, Pilates 1-2X, and walk or yoga/stretching 20-30 minutes daily.

goal: 1000

May 11 - 25 min walk, 20 weights, 10 min stretching =360

May 14 - 30 minutes run/ 10 min walk/ stretch ran the entire 30 min
May 15 - 20 min abs routine 40 min walk
May 16 - 35 min walk missed the stupid bus, it came early =570

May 19 - 20 min walk 15 min run
