May 1 - 2 hours of weeding and mulching in the garden.
May 2 - 28 minutes of strength training, 1 hour of Jazzercize.
May 3 - None (I had class)
May 4 - 20 mins of elliptical, 1 hour of Balance Ball class.
May 5 - None (I had class)
May 6 - 3 hours of hard labor raking and breaking up topsoil, 1 hour installing sheetrock, 10 mins walking
May 7 - None
May 8 - None
May 9 - 1 hour of Jazzercise (DH set alarm for 7, so no morning exercise...
)
May 10 - None (I had class)
May 11 - 18 mins of elliptical, 1 hour of Balance Ball class.
May 12 - Class cancelled, walked for 35 minutes
May 13 - 46 minutes of strength training
May 14 - 1 hour of running carnival game (constant bending over and pulling balls out of milk canisters.)
May 15 - 1 hour of gardening (digging, pulling weeds, planting)
May 16 - 28 minutes of strength training, 10 mins of elliptical, 1 hour of Jazzercise.

May 18 - 25 minutes of elliptical, 1 hour of balance ball class.
