There isn't too much exercise talk! Hmmm...
Well I had to post this somewhere. My May exercise goal is to get myself ready for the Freihofer Run for Women on June 4. It's an annual 5K race that I have wanted to do for years. Today my friend and I ran. I made it 2.5 miles jogging, then walked about .5 then ran .25 then walked the final .25 miles. I think I might be able to run the whole 3.2 miles by June 4th. Even if I can't I'll run most of it.
The cool thing about this diet is after running I didn't feel light headed. Years ago I would have thought oh I better have a carb or sugar after becasue my blood sugar is low (and likely it was like 60). Now, I'm not feeling that way even after running! I'm really pleased with how good I feel.
