Talking It all makes sense!

I don't know what I was thinking of waiting for so long! I am still reading my book and I am LOVING the concept and the brains behind the SBD book! It reminds me a little bit of Core from WW. How we are suppose to eat untill we are "satisfied" and NOT stuffed !

I am still reading the book and I can't put it down well... I put it down to eat and get online lol but you know what I mean . I had this book before when it first came out and at that time I didn't understand it. There wasn't as much support back then as there is now. I am glad that he revised it and I am also glad that everything is making sense as far as the bad carbs go, the good fat and Dr Agatston is to me just a GENIUS!(sp)

Sorry Y'all im just excited! lol

Carol, it's good to see you so enthused!
And I'm glad you're enjoying the book. My DH has it by our bed... it's one of his "bedtime reading books".

I wonder if you can get it as books on tape! Then we could listen while we sleep!

Carol,

I have found that somethings don't make sense until I'm really ready to change. My brain cells (all 3 of them) are funny that way. Glad to hear that it's clicked in.

Talking

Somedays you just have to laugh but oh wow *whispering* I think we should all get the cd version so we can listen to Dr Agatston talk to us, it's just something about the way he talks about the Low fat cheeses that melts my butter
