I went to a site that you can put in your body shape and get a virtual picture of what you will look like after you lose weight! If anyone wants to try it out, PM me and i'll give you the URL. I printed out one of "now" and then an "after I lose weight". It's neat to be able to kinda "see" how this should pay off!

Yeah, it is a great site, but you know after I lost 40 pounds, I didn't look like my model...the fat didn't come off all nice and smooth over the entire body...I'm still lumpy.

But, hey at least it's a leaner lumpy. I must face reality, I will never have a supermodel body.

Sarah, exercise will help with those lumps and bumps. Have you tried Pilates? It's great for making you lean and tight all over!
