Hi, I'm new to this
but do love the south beach way, have went thru phase 1 lost 6 pounds, have a thyroid problem, so I won't beat myself up about it. ( at least the scale is going in the right direction this time...)
My question is it ok to have real coffee on the SB diet? I know the book says decaf when it gives diet menues, any imput is GREATLY appreciated...Thanks
