Ah,
Louise, don't get too upset, okay? Sometimes the scale just fluctuates. I was up 3 pounds on Friday, then down 4 on Saturday.

You just never know!

Hope today is great for you!
Ruth, I was so excited...I found TONS of SF DaVinci syrups at TJ Maxx this weekend...Irish Cream was one of the 7 I bought. I was a little overeager, I guess.

Anyone want a latte at my house?
Tara, jump back into Phase 1 and I bet you'll feel much better! All that shopping sounds fun...I got some clothes at TJ Maxx too. I find that I've saved so much money from eating out (which I used to do at least daily) and now I can spend it on my permanent things like clothes!
Ellis, I'm so glad you are happy and energetic! I'm sure it has nothing to do with it, but the romance novel I read this weekend had a cat named Ellis that was quite energetic. She streaked through the house, often with some bit of dinner in her mouth, stolen from the kitchen.

Hope your day is filled with lots of fun and accomplishments to smile over at the end!
Lemonade, you sound energetic and positive! That's great!

You may want to incorporate more veggies with greater nutritional value...have spinach or spring mix instead of lettuce for your salad, and stick to one salad a day. Have broccoli, cauliflower, green beans, cabbage, greens, etc on the side for another meal, or mix them with your meal rather than having a salad. Cukes are yummy and good to have, but they don't have much in the nutritional arena either. Just try to have some of your veggies come from those nutritional veggie powerhouses. Keeping to one salad a day will also keep you from the "I can't eat another salad!!!" wailing that some SBDers do after two weeks of salads all day long. Too much of a good thing is sometimes bad.
Erin, don't forget to count Phase 1 over again...you need to do a full two weeks with no cheats (Dr. A did say in a chat that you just need to do it until your cravings leave, but I think doing it for two weeks really sets you up for success!)

Welcome back and good for you on sticking OP during your vacation!
Amy, fireman??? Is there another hottie in the works?

YGG!
Kelli, your trip sounds wonderful!
BB hope you feel much better very soon! Take it easy, okay?
Bamie, hope you have a great day and stay warm.

65 is a total heat wave here...bring out the shorts!
RN, so glad to see you and hear that you are having fun with the little ones!
Me:
Well, I'm still at 214. 5.

Oy...not sure what's going on, but I'm going to keep swimming (as Dory in Finding Nemo advises). I lifted weights again this morning, and have Jazzercise class tonight. I'm looking forward to it...I hear there are several fun and sassy new numbers!
Back to class tomorrow, so tonight is my last fun night at home. I put a curry in the crockpot and made brown rice yesterday so it should be an easy dinner. Then lots of relaxing to make up for the next six weeks of work!
Have a great day, chickies!
