Default Some clarification please?

Just wondering EXACTLY how much milk, yogurt, cheese we're allowed to have. I have seen on t.v. how new scientific studies prove that 3 servings a day of dairy helps with the weight loss. I used to only drink milk once in a great while with cookies but now I've been enjoying atleast a glass with dinner every night. I'm also eating string cheese though and I want to start having berry smoothies for breakfast....I'm all egg-ed out!

I believe it is 2 cups of low fat milk or dairy products per day.

Thank you Kim! So I guess we do have to measure out stuff. I remember reading in the book that this wasn't a diet where you had to measure or count calories, carbs, etc. Some things seem to be contradictory to me or maybe I'm just confused!

Tar~You don't need to count carbs or calories, but portion control is key.

Sil, Thanks for the help. I get so confused when I'm in the store and I'm comparing labels wondering how many grams of sugar is too many or how many calories is too much?
