I found out I could read the post at work, but since it is at school, we have "border management which will not let me post. So at lunch I read the post and wanted to reply to each of you. I don't know each of you, but it seems there is such a bond.

I am sorry about all the baths, moms and abcesses. The "C" and "OD" on sugar free candy seems like real problems. I will try to learn from your distress.

It seems like there are several of us on Phase I. I have not been "perfect" but it hasn't been too bad. MY only real slip up was eating a SBD peanut butter bar. That is only on Phase II I found out. They are really pretty good though. I put the rest in the back of the cabinet for awhile.
