Hey Chickies!

I am super busy these days preparing myself for a wedding this weekend, planning and finding raffle prizes for the Buffett pre-concert party, and concentrating on my exercise. I feel like a workout fiend between my AM AND PM workouts! I'm sure April will slow down a lot with the exercise because I will be out for most of one week and I'm really trying to get as close as I can to my goal before then. I guess I'll just have to come up with a new goal after my Laughlin trip!

I'm glad to hear that Spring is coming for the cold Chicks! We really don't have definitive seasons here in CA. There's rainy season, fog season and warm season. It's unusually rainy here this year. We got rained on yesterday with more coming tonight. It's supposed to rain all day tomorrow. I think I'll enjoy this gorgeous sun we have today! I'm planning a trip to the mall this evening after tanning so I can get a shirt to wear with my suit that matches the wedding on Saturday. I always try to match to the colors of the wedding but I don't have this particular color. I'll probably just have leftovers for dinner tonight. I made a really good spinach and chicken casserole last night (not sure if I've ever put it in the recipe section???). It's my favorite but I try not to have it too often because it has a bunch of mayo in it. It is SOOO good! I'll go over and check if I've posted it yet.

I'll probably miss my PM workout tonight because I have to get this stuff done. With all this other exercise I'm doing, I don't think it will hurt me too much. The wedding will also give me plenty of other exercise...believe me! I hate this location because the walking distance between the ceremony site and reception room are at opposite ends of the resort. Good for exercise but bad for my back and feet. I'll try to think of it in the most positive way that I can....UGH!

I've got to get going. DH is going to be home for lunch today (he started at 4:00 this morning).

Hey there everyone...I don't know anyone here yet but I hope to soon. I am not new to this site but I am new to SB. I am learning a lot by reading your posts. I have just finished reading the book and am ready to go from there. Hopefully we can get to know each other better!

Ruth, I just love the name of your Heritage Society! I want to go back and read the bit about why your township was named *******, sounds like it may be interesting.
I had a nice day with the little ones. I took the 4 yr old to the Dr. and found she has an ear infection, so we got her started on antibiotics, she'll be back to her sunshiny self in no time. We colored eggs when we got back, and the girls had a lot of fun doing that. Of course they each had to have one before nap time. Still raining cats and dogs out, I keep telling myself it will help make the grass turn green again. My primroses and pansies are starting to bloom, and my daffodils and tulips are coming up nicely, too. Just hope the rabbits stay away from them. I have a turkey meatloaf in the oven, and we'll have that with baked sweet potatoes and broccoli. I'm going to relax with a cup of tea right now, if Little Chick hasn't fallen in MY teapot!

Talking Laughing Cow!

Equinetcan..Welcome to our part of the forum!

Ok Chickies I emailed Laughin Cow about the jokes/trivia wrappers and finally got an answer back!
I have a quick question. I bought some of your cheese last year and thought I remembered jokes being on the wrapper but my friends think I'm crazy. Can you please help me settle this! Thanks, Kellie
P.S. I hope I'm not the Laughin Cow! lol

You are not the Laughing Cow!! We did have trivia questions on our Laughing Cow Cheezbits.

We did away with them when we decided to offer a new product, Laughing Cow Gourmet Light Cheese Bites. These are a Light version of the Cheezbits.

We may offer trivia questions in the near future.

I could not believe it took them a month to reply back! We are back from the mall....DS took a friend and they bough kiddie cop kits at Dollar Tree and were goin aroung the mall actin like security! It was a HOOT! You would never know they were 15! Well I have to get busy cleaning things up around here. That way I can come home to a clean house Sunday! lol Check y'all chicks later!

Evening all!

Late check in for me today. My back is doing mucho better. No problems today. Good thing because all the Ibu's and muscle relaxers are making me constipated. I'm behind on my water for the past two days. That isn't helping either. I went to the chiropracter this morning and he loosened everything up and I'm doing much better.

My new helper at work is terrific. She seems to be one of those - if you tell them once they remember - or at least they write it down - so we don't need to keep repeating ourselves. Thank heavens. Nothing worse than having to repeat the same thing over and over again.

I just got done cleaning the hamster condo. My DB is going to come over and feed and water Lucky while we are in Florida.

Yesterday was kind of a bad day for me. I'm not sure if it was the pain from my back or what - but I had the urge to binge. I was going to eat Fazoli's pasta, and Ben & Jerrys but I forced myself to eat OP foods. If I was going to binge it was going to be OP stuff. I had 3 low carb tacos then I had two Atkins ice cream bars and one Slim Fast low carb bar. Then I was very miserable. Something is triggering my binge monster. I feel much better today and have been OP all day. I had a shake for breakfast, pecans for a snack, large salad for lunch, SBD frozen pizza for dinner and another salad. Maybe we just get that way once in a while?

Hope you all had a great day!
