Exercise it is for me too. I joined the gym and now I want to use it. I hope to start going 3-5 times a week once work's stress dies down next week. I am proud to say that I joined 3 weeks ago and I've been to the gym 3, 2 and then 2 times each week!
At least I am going!
I've been doing well with water intake *shocker* so I'd like to keep on track with that. My new year's resolution of walking up and down every escalator I come across is still in tact too (barring when someone is standing on the left side and I can't).
