I am in phase II and decided that it wouldn't be such a bad thing if I had a sugar free chocolate bar (snack size.) I got sick - super sick. My stomach was "not so kind to me" sick! It was only after I got sick that my DB reads the back and tells me that it could have a "laxative like" effect!!!!!!
Ladies beware - it wasn't worth it!!!

Lots of people have that problem. Some can eat a little but others none. Sorry you cannot eat any. Dr. A. doesn't recommend stuff with maltitol anyway. Ruth will be screaming "frankenfoods"
Oh so sorry to hear about your illness! Like Bunna said alot of chicks have had the same reaction. I only ate them once in the begining but they did not have any ill effects on me. But that goes without sayin on most things! If it affects most it will not me and if most are not effected I am. lol I hope it's all over for you now.
Yep I had 3pcs yesterday...and same thing happened. I need all the help I can get in the department so I will still eat mine! Sorry, makes you not want chocolate eh?
Soon: so sorry to see you got sick on S/F products. I sometimes have problems with S/F products. You have to read labels. I now look for products with Splenda added to it. Take care BB :
