I'm just started SBD last week after Chinese New Year. Today is Day 7 for me and I gained a pound back!

P I had lost 8 lbs up until this morning. I'm actually doing okay on it. Thought I would get the raging low-carb headaches as I've had before trying to do low-carb, but I've been ok so far.
Sick of eating eggs and meat. Any other suggestions to get through the last week of Phase 1?
How do I change the tag under my name that currently says "Registered User" on it?
