Happy Valentine's Day!!
Hubby and I finished ph1 last Wednesday and did pretty good. We weighed in after 1 wk and were astounded to see a 10 lb loss ALREADY!

(keeping in mind we went from 0 activity and reaaaaally crappy eating habits to SBD Ph 1 strictly, and 30 to 60 minutes of activity 5-6 days/wk). I realize that is a lot and I know it will slow down, but I'm really only hoping for a loss of about 2 lb/wk anyway. In any case, I feel sooooo good and soooo motivated by that loss!
I haven't weighed in since the 4th. I'm going to hold out as long as I can, maybe another week. I've realized the scale can be one of my biggest enemies and I should go by how I feel, how my clothes fit, rather than being hung up on the #.
