Lightbulb Basal Metabolism?

Found this over the weekend and was interested. What do you chicks think? (and yes, I realize that we don't count carbs...the tool doesn't seem to really have anything to do with counting carbs, so I find it intriguing!)

It makes perfect sense, Laurie. Thanks for the link!
I know we're not supposed to "count", but I do like to have at least a rough idea of how many calories I'm consuming.

I found that interesting. I calculated my BMR and was happy to find out the cals needed is the number I already had in my head.

Also, she pointed out that a "stall" is no loss of pounds or inches for a month, so I will keep that in mind.

Well I am definatly not getting enough calories. That's a big change. It says I should be eating about 200 more than I am. Hum... Could that be why I am stalling for weeks. I really need to start doin fitday everyday. Thank you so much Laurie!
