Yesterday we moved into a new apartment. Due to lack of cookware and utensils, my man decided that he really wanted to order pizza and asked if I would mind cheating just this once. Being that it was ten p.m. and we basically ate nothing all day, I reluctantly gave in. I ate one slice of pizza (minus the crust) and 5 barbeque wings. I was pretty proud of myself that I didn't go nuts and eat three or four slices like I would have in the past.

So anyway, this morning I woke up with an awful stomachache and was in the bathroom for hours. This has happened to me once before the morning after a cheat, and all I had was one slice of french toast. Does anyone else experience this after a cheat?

I have had bought pizza once and had the same reaction but I had about three or four pieces. Actually the belly ache lasted a few days. I've also had homemade pizzas (really healthy ones too) when away with friends and was okay but they sat in my stomach for hours so it really put me off eating them again.
