Default No sugar added pudding pack

Since I have a problem with portion control, I have a problem making my own pudding so I have been avoiding it. I found though that Hunt's has come out with a no sugar added pudding cup that is 60 calories each. Perfect for those on Phase 2 like me that want to control their portions better. It isn't fat free but the fat content isn't bad and it is under the 75 calorie limit.

Good find, Nelie! I'll have to check it out! What flavors do they have?

I also enjoy Kozy Shack's No Sugar Added puddings. I can't find anything to say whether tapioca, itself, is okay on SBD, so I tried it...and it doesn't seem to slow my weight loss or cause cravings. I just need to eat it a couple days apart. The chocolate doesn't seem to cause any issues at all.

Even though both are higher in calories, I assume that the sweet treats number is lower than 50, and have it in place of my nightly fudgesicle.

Here's another find I made last night...Wolfgang Puck's Coffee Drinks... like the Starbucks Frappacinos in a bottle, but made with Splenda! I haven't had one yet, but I bought the Dulce de Leche yesterday. It says they are made with whole milk, but there is very little fat, so there must not be much milk in each. They do have caffeine, and the four pack I bought cost $5.69!!! But I think it'll make a nice treat now and then when I'm feeling a little deprived. You know?

And I second Ellis observation...you are looking fantastic, Nelie!!!

This morning I am going to make tapioca pudding from scratch. I have the tapioca and there is a recipe on the package. I don't see why it wouldn't work if i substitute Splenda for the sugar and use 0% milk! I'll post it and the nutritional info if it turns out.
I don't have any nutritional stats on Tapioca - it is made from a root so is probably considered a Phase II starch. The GI looks OK, though.

Ruth, I'm glad I'm not nuts...I thought that since the GI looked okay, Tapioca was probably okay as a Phase II starch. But I really wasn't sure.

What? Tapicoa is ok? so that means I can have bubble tea every once in awhile? If I make if from scratch using SB friendly ingredients?
