Well, I finally found one near me. What do you recommend I pick up from there? I see it mentioned alot as a grrrreat store to purchase good SBD food

I can't help you firefly, all my favorites at Trader Joe's are big no no's

My favorites at Trader Joes-I'm in phase 2, so you may need to adapt if you arne't.

The good thing about Trader Joes is that if you buy something and you don't like it, you can take it back with a receipt. I tried some soy cheese that was so nasty....it went right back.

reduced salt dry roasted nuts-cashews and mixed are my favorite.

Frozen veggies-they have some great mixes that are a good price.

Reduced fat cheeses-my favorite is the low fat Dannish Havarti

Shredded soy cheese blend, chedder and I think Mozzerella that taste pretty good.

fat free half and half

imiatation breakfast sausage-soy/veggie based

Uncle Sam cereal

Ezekiel Bread

natural nut butters, peanut, almond, cashew and I recently saw cashew/macedamia nut

Flax seeds

I have heard the greek yogurt is really good, but I haven't been able to find it.

These are the things I buy on a regular basis. I also get things that look interesting. Have fun shopping.
