Hi,
Just bought a box of packets of stevia and then found that the first ingredient is actually Splenda! The first ingredient is maltodextrol which is Splenda, isn't it? The second ingredient is Stevia. Is this a trick? Shouldn't they say it's a blended sweetener?

Has anybody baked with this stuff? Do you know the equivalencies?

Heidi, splenda is "sucralose", not maltodextrol. Anything that ends in "ol" is usually a sugar alcohol.

What brand was it? I got mine in the Nature's Market section of Wegman's, and it doesn't have any splenda in it.
