Hi everyone -- just popping in! Had to go out of town for biz today and I just got back -- just a two-hour each way road trip. I feel myself slipping -- chips and salsa at lunch today -- a few french fries over the weekend. Too much wine. What's happening to me? I was doing SUPER well.
I think I need to do the exercise so that I can stay in the game -- COMPLETELY -- no more little cheats -- NONE!
