I did stall right after starting Phase 2 for about a week. About every 5 weeks I tend to stall on phase 2. I make sure I am eating plenty of vegetables, drinking my water, and I up my exercise a bit and that usually breaks the plateau. I average 1.8 pounds loss per week but that may be 0 one week and 3.5 pounds the next. You do need to make sure you aren't adding too much back in to quickly but plateaus are normal.
