Default Low-fat and fat-free milk

I am 4 days new to SBD. I thought I read that there was no milk allowed in phase 1. I saw something today that you could drink skim or 1% milk. Did I understand correctly and is there a restriction on how much?

Dr. A made some revisions to the book. You can have up to 2 cups of 1% or fat-free milk in a day but in that 2 cups you have to count yogurt. Check out the Frequently Asked Questions section and click on Phase 1 Acceptable Food List 2004. I'm soooooo glad milk is OK because I love it with dinner!
