Ruth and Laurie and I want you to know how much we appreciate the very postive assistance we receive from you, the members of this forum.
As most of you know, Ruth and I are presently each going through a particularly stressful time in our lives. Laurie is having to bear the brunt of much of what goes on here.
Moderators are volunteers, and while we do the best we can, we're not perfect; only human.
We can all benefit from these threads, but the success of this forum is dependant on us giving as well as receiving support. A simple word of encouragement to another member can make the world of difference in the makeup of this forum.

To make it easier on everyone, try to read the faq stickies and search the forums for the answer to your question before asking...but don't be afraid to ask. We don't bite (at least not last time I checked ) and would be glad to help you as you learn the ropes of SBD, which can be a bit confusing!

I'm just glad we have such wonderful moderators to keep us all in line and to tell us when we might have approached the line a little too close in a nice way.

You guys are the ones who deserve a pat on the back or maybe a nice sb friendly dark chocolate fat free very small slice of cheese cake or maybe a back rub might be better.

ITS TAKEN ME AN HOUR to find a south beach forum to ask questions!
Its day 1 for me, I think this doet is a good match but no alcohol is going to be very tough!
