I am sick of eggs!!!! I want to eat cheerios. The only thing in the ingredients list that seems questionable is corn starch. It is far down the ingredients list, but do you think this would be okay on Phase II?
According to the Guide, Cheerios are limited as are Special K and Shredded Wheat. I interpret that to mean no more than once a week. Oatmeal and some bran cereals are OK.
No need to get sick of eggs! Have chili or soup or chicken salad for breakfast!
Ruth is right on it! Do a search of the forum and you'll find many threads dealing with other things to eat besides eggs for breakfast. I know I have a bulleted list somewhere, as I hate eggs and haven't eaten one since starting SBD in April!
