Wow, now I'm all confused... I thought all of those were, but yogurt wasn't counted!

Does anyone know the pages they found the info on, or were they on a sticky somewhere? Thanks for pointing this out! :

hi Jazz,
I'm Lupita and I"ve been reading the posts for a while but just joined the site. I have been on Phase 1 for 4 weeks and only lost something like 7 pounds. I have "seesawed" on the last 2 pounds & was getting frustrated too. So I joined a once per week yoga class, and I"m going to try and walk my dog at least every other day. Also have been doing a lot of gardening, moving stuff around at my house so hopefully that'll help. (I also am going to quit weighing myself so often!) Hard to do but takes the pressure off. LOooooooove caffeine but trying to trade that for more water. Congratulations on everyone here on their efforts and thanks for all the tips I've gotten!

Hi everyone,

I'm new here and would really love some advice. I've been on Phase I of SBD for 2 weeks now. I've only lost 3 lbs. (And, it was "that time of the month" when I started, so that 3 lbs. was probably water retention.)

I've been very strict on the diet and have not cheated...not even once. I'm terribly discouraged. Has anyone else had this problem? I'm not giving up...yet...but I really, really need to see results soon. I need to lose at LEAST 75 lbs. Really, more.

Thanks, Beachgal, for the 2.5 info to limit cheeses. Changing my cheese intake, as you suggested, helped. I suppose you got this info from the SBD website?
