You know how they say that you lose between 7 and 10 lbs. the first two weeks? I just don't want to stick to this and go at it gung ho and not lose again. That REALLY discourages me into wanting to switch to something different except that I really like this diet (the foods you can eat). It's 10:30 where I am (Los Angeles, CA) and so far I've had a cup of coffee w/Splenda and ff vanilla flavored cream and then I just finished two poached eggs, 3 slices of turkey bacon and a cup of decaf the the same sweeteners. What have you had so far?
