Progress Update from a Lurker...

    I've been lurking on this site since the first day I started on SB 03-18-04. At that point I weighed in at 213 lbs and a 44 inch waist. Now, just 3 months later I'm at 180 lbs with a 37 inch waist.

    This forum has had so much to do with my success. Thanks to everyone for all the recipes and encouraging words. I'll keep you all posted!
