
I'm disappointed. I actually lowered my standards and set my goal for 8. Only lost 2.5

. I've been good and exercised, but this past few days I've been so hungry. I'm trying to decide if I'm hungry or PMSie. It's the latter.
Even after a 12 hour shift yesterday I went for a 2 mile run. I feel that I'm doing the right stuff, well, there was the overdose on fruit day and a bit overboard with the nuts. I've tried going back to Phase 1 but lose it when I'm wanting something sweet, it the temptation of the apple.
Anyway, for June I'm shooting for 8 again.
