Talking One month anniversary on the Beach!
Well one month ago today I started south beach and boy am i happy i did! And i'm so happy cause after a couple weeks of slow loss (one to half pound weekly) I finally dropped 2 pounds last week. i'm estatic!!!

Total loss: 8 pounds! and my measurements have all gone down 1.5 inch to .5 inch (my arm!) all over my body! i'm so happy! everyone has noticed i look slimmer and my skin is also great. i'm starting to fit in pants i haven't worn in almost a year and everything is just looser and fitting better. i think i will be down a full size in few weeks if i keep it up.

thanks to all you ladies for your support and encouragement, this site has really been a lifeline for me as i get adjusted to SBD!
